This year Jeep has revealed a few new concept vehicles that have caused quite a stir. My favorite of the lot is the J-12 pickup, but the Mighty FC forward control truck is also quite interesting.

The Mighty FC is based off of a 2012 Wrangler Rubicon, but it has a stretched wheelbase and lots of custom sheet metal. With 40-inch tires, this is no Soccer Mom Assault Vehicle like the H2 somehow morphed into.

The J-12, meanwhile, is based on the 2012 Wrangler Unlimited. And again, the frame has been stretched, this time 18 inches. I personally love the old-school steel wheels.

Jeep just released this video so you can see more of this goodness. No word on whether they will actually build any of this (the Mighty FC seems particularly unlikely), but we can always dream, right?
